Irma von Pince-Nugget

Irma was abandoned at the PDX airport on January 26, 2018. Somebody handed her off to an employee with no explanation, and the next day an emergency vet exam determined that the young pup was both underfed and suffering from a broken femur. It was at that point that I resolved to try to save her leg, and I launched a GoFundMe to help cover her medical costs. We raised enough over that first weekend to cover her surgery and a few days later, she was back at her new home with a cast and a cone of victory. Irma’s had a rough life so far, but you wouldn’t know it! She is a puppy after all, and puppy bounce back fast. All this medical stuff hasn’t held her back one bit, and her personality shines more every day.
